The Future of Fitness
@webapp | @mobileapp| @dataanalytics
Functionality | A system created to monitor physical activities in sports and fitness. The application links users and fitness trainers through a range of devices, including smartwatches, computers, mobile phones, and tablets. By providing real-time personal data analytics, users can monitor their progress and make informed decisions about their fitness regime.
The Benefit | The system facilitates the creation of workout plans tailored to specific muscle groups, with the ability to specify exercise names, cycle types, finishing exercises and pause durations. This approach provides fitness trainers to organize training sessions for entire groups, while also enabling customization for individual trainees within a group.
Furthermore, the system offers the capacity to compare a trainee's performance to their own previous sessions, as well as to other trainees within the same program. This feature supports trainers in assessing trainee progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and implementing necessary adjustments to optimize training outcomes.

The user persona and its problems | This system addresses the needs of personal trainers organizing individual one-on-one trainings, trainers organizing group trainings, and gyms with personal trainers. However, these professionals often encounter significant pain points that can impede progress and hinder client success. Specifically, trainers can lose significant amounts of time preparing personalized workout plans for each new individual or a group.
Additionally, tracking and improving trainee performance can be a challenge without an effective system in place. If training sessions are not structured optimally, trainees may lose motivation and quit after only a few months, or they may seek out competing fitness programs.
Funnel creation and iteration
The Process | It was crucial to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, such as solution architects, marketing and development teams, to deliver business value-driven product. The initial stage of the marketing funnel involved creating a captivating flagship video with a hook in the first 5 seconds to capture the audience's attention. This video was strategically distributed to the target audience across multiple platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
The Flagship Video | Following the placement of the main video, the next step is to promote short videos and reels on social media. This serves to reinforce the messaging of the flagship video while engaging the audience through bite-sized, easily digestible content. By utilizing this approach, businesses can effectively capture and maintain the attention of their target audience, ultimately leading them through the funnel towards conversion.
Following the initial month of implementing the marketing funnel, businesses can begin optimizing their approach using results that have been tracked, analyzed, and measured. This involves monitoring metrics such as the number of viewers for the flagship video, the number of individuals who watched it until the end, and the number of people who interacted with a call-to-action through videos and email campaigns.
To enhance results, businesses can test various video content and copy, identifying the most profitable types for optimization. Continual evaluation and optimization of the marketing funnel improve audience engagement, enhance conversion rates, and contribute to overall marketing success.
Re-targeting
It’s crucial that the website where we promote the product effectively addresses problems, presents solutions, and provides easy-to-follow steps. We track website traffic using Google, Facebook and Instagram pixels, allowing us to retarget the focus group. Additionally, we anticipate and answer any questions a user may have on sub-pages. Our content is optimized for search engines using Google Keywords and Semrush during the copywriting process.
Email campaign
Email campaign can be improved by adding a value for subscribers. E.g: free e-book “How to train properly”, a guide on "What is the muscle focus group for a newbie," or a "Healthy food 7-day program." In addition, we can repurpose the short videos created for social media before and include them in the email campaign. For instance, providing a video tutorial on "How to prepare a training plan for beginners." Incorporating such resources will help the email subscribers to gain useful insights and increase their engagement with our brand.
