With over a decade of experience spanning product design, research, development, UX, UI, management and strategy, I possess the ability to comprehend multiple perspectives and effectively guide the group towards the end goal.

My journey began as a UI/UX designer, focusing on understanding stakeholders' needs and designing solutions for them and their end users. However, I frequently found myself in discussions centered around how to build the product rather than why we were designing it in the first place. This realization led to a pivotal moment that inspired my transition into UX Reserach, where I now lead teams towards audience-centric solutions. My passion for design remains unwavering, and I take pleasure in developing ideas through the entire product lifecycle.

I engage in cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities, establish clear objectives and leverage the strengths of team members through diverse cooperation methods. This includes transforming data into compelling narratives, product mapping, designing and testing MVPs while incorporating user feedback into development.

I’m Tamara Pančić, born and raised in Serbia, which instilled in me a passion for the arts that I further pursued through my education in design. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse array of companies, startups and individuals across Europe and the USA.
